• ​Travel Details: Booking preferences, destination selections (e.g., North Bengal, Meghalaya, etc.), co-traveler details, and emergency contact numbers.

• ​Verification Documents: Government-issued ID proofs (strictly when mandatory for issuing group travel permits, hotel check-ins, or transport manifest regulations).

​2. How We Use Your Information

​We use the collected information solely for executing your travel plans, which includes:

• ​Processing your fixed group departure seats and reserving Cars & Rooms.

• ​Sending automated booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and payment reminders.

• ​Providing customer support before and during the journey.

• ​Assisting our trusted on-ground partners (Fixed Group Tour operators, Hotel operators and Transport coordinators) strictly with the necessary passenger details for safety and logistics.

​3. Data Protection & Security

• ​Since our platform utilizes Google Sites, Google Workspace tools (Google Forms & Sheets) and Store link (no-code e-commerce platform), your data is securely stored within our private, access-controlled ecosystem.

• ​We follow standard data safety rules and do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

• ​Your payment details (UPI transactions, etc.) are processed directly through secure bank / fintech application gateways and are not saved on our sheets.

​4. Grievance Redressal and Support

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​1. Role as an Aggregator:

"QIKY (Ride n Bed)" operates strictly as an online marketplace and aggregator. We display tour packages, car rentals, and hotel bookings provided by independent third-party operators ("Tour Operators"). QIKY does not own, manage, or operate any of these tours, vehicles, or properties.

​2. No Liability for Operator Actions: 

"QIKY (Ride n Bed)"shall not be held responsible or liable for any deficiency in service, cancellation, delays, abrupt termination of tours, or financial defaults by the Tour Operator.

​3. Accidents, Injuries, and Disputes: 

In the unfortunate event of any accident, mishap, physical injury, property damage, or any dispute/conflict arising between the customer and the Tour Operator during the trip, QIKY will not be liable in any manner. Any group distress, legal issues, or emergencies caused due to the Tour Operator's negligence or misconduct are solely the responsibility of that specific Operator.

​4. Customer Discretion: 

Customers are advised to book at their own risk and discretion. By booking through QIKY, you agree that any legal recourse or claim for damages will be directed solely against the respective Tour Operator and not against QIKY (Ride n Bed).
