​1. Service Role Liability

​QIKY R&R acts as an organizing platform that coordinates fixed group departure tours by combining transport services (Buses/Cars) and accommodation services (Hotels/Resorts). While we ensure continuous quality checks and partner only with verified transport operators and property owners, QIKY R&R does not directly own the final hotels or individual transport fleets. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for sudden changes in service delivery on account of the third-party providers, though we will proactively intervene to provide immediate alternatives.

​2. Force Majeure & External Factors

​Travel plans can sometimes face unexpected disruptions. QIKY R&R shall not be held responsible or legally liable for any delays, itinerary modifications, cancellations, financial losses, or damages caused by events beyond our control (Force Majeure). 

This includes, but is not limited to:

​i) Natural disasters (landslides, heavy rainfall, earthquakes, or sudden severe weather changes).

​ii) Political strikes, road blockades, regional unrest, or sudden government travel restrictions.

​iii) Mechanical transport breakdowns (though immediate replacement arrangements will be initiated by our team).

​3. Travel Fitness & Personal Belongings

​Health and Safety: Fixed group departures follow predefined schedules. It is assumed that all booking members are physically fit for the selected itinerary. Any medical emergencies or expenses incurred during the trip are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

​Luggage: Travelers are completely responsible for their personal luggage and belongings throughout the journey. QIKY R&R is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property inside the transit vehicles or hotels.

​4. Accuracy of Information

​While we make every effort to keep pricing, seat availability, hotel images, and tour details accurate and updated on this Google Site, minor errors or real-time changes may occur. Final confirmations, itineraries, and terms shared during direct communication (WhatsApp/Email) will supersede the general information displayed on the website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​1. Role as an Aggregator:

"QIKY (Room and Rides)" operates strictly as an online marketplace and aggregator. We display tour packages, car rentals, and hotel bookings provided by independent third-party operators ("Tour Operators"). QIKY does not own, manage, or operate any of these tours, vehicles, or properties.

​2. No Liability for Operator Actions: 

"QIKY (Room and Rides)"shall not be held responsible or liable for any deficiency in service, cancellation, delays, abrupt termination of tours, or financial defaults by the Tour Operator.

​3. Accidents, Injuries, and Disputes: 

In the unfortunate event of any accident, mishap, physical injury, property damage, or any dispute/conflict arising between the customer and the Tour Operator during the trip, QIKY will not be liable in any manner. Any group distress, legal issues, or emergencies caused due to the Tour Operator's negligence or misconduct are solely the responsibility of that specific Operator.

​4. Customer Discretion: 

Customers are advised to book at their own risk and discretion. By booking through QIKY, you agree that any legal recourse or claim for damages will be directed solely against the respective Tour Operator and not against QIKY (Room & Rides).
